Who is responsible for your data
This notice explains what information Bet-RI (bet-ri.com) handles about visitors and why. The business responsible for that information is Parapetra Interactive Limited, World Trade Center, 6 Bayside Road, Gibraltar GX11 1AA. Write to [email protected] with any question or request about your data.
What we collect
- Server logs: IP address plus browser and device type, the URL fetched, the referrer and a time stamp of each request. They are used to deliver pages, keep the site secure and fix errors.
- Technical cookies: a random visitor number (
mz_vid) and the source of the visit (mz_src), set on each page load, and two short-lived cookies set when you click a “Visit site” link. They are described in the cookie policy. - Clicks on operator links: which affiliate link was clicked and when, so that commissions can be matched to visits.
- Emails you send us: your address and what you write.
- Newsletter address: if you sign up on the home page or the about page, the email address you enter.
Your name, date of birth, payment details and betting history are never requested here, and no advertising or analytics scripts of our own run on these pages.
Why we use it
We use this information to show the site, protect it against abuse, count visits and clicks, understand which pages are useful, receive affiliate commissions, send the newsletter you asked for and answer your messages. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.
Who receives it
Pages are delivered through Cloudflare, which processes connection data to speed up and protect the site. The newsletter form on the home page and the about page is provided by fortunida.com: loading those pages requests the provider’s script, and an address you submit is sent to the provider so that the newsletter can be sent. When you follow an affiliate link, the operator learns that you came from Bet-RI. We may disclose information where the law requires it. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
How long we keep it
Server logs are kept for a limited period for security and error checks. Cookies expire as listed in the cookie policy. An email stays with us only while we are handling it; a newsletter address stays until you unsubscribe or ask for its deletion.
Your choices
Switch cookies off or wipe them in your browser if you like; pages will load and read just the same. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. Requests for a copy of your data, a correction, an erasure or an objection to its use go by email to [email protected].
California residents
If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the right to know which categories of personal information we collect (identifiers such as IP address and cookie IDs, and internet activity on this site), the purposes listed above and the categories of recipients; to request access to or deletion of that information; to correct it; and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share it in that sense. We will not treat you differently for using these rights. We answer verifiable requests within 45 days.
Children
The site is for adults aged 21 and over. Details from people younger than that are never gathered on purpose.
